When orders are placed through the Precision Images LLC web site, the purchaser acknowledges that:

By placing an order Precision Images LLC web site, the purchaser gives consents to Precision Images LLC to process and fill that order

The typing of the purchaser’s name on the Precision Images LLC web site, when requested to do so constitutes a signature to a contract

The purchaser grants authority to Precision Images LLC the full authority to enter the purchasing entity into the aforementioned contract.  Grant of such authority is give through placement of an order on the Precision Images LLC web site.
 

Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all sales are FOB shipping point.

Unless otherwise requested by the purchaser all orders will be shipped by UPS ground.

Title to merchandise will transfer to purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

Purchaser may provide their chosen carrier account number for direct billing.

Handling and insurance charges will be included in the shipping charge.

Loss or damage in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser.
 

Partial Shipments

Precision Images reserves the right to ship partial orders.

Cancellation Policy

Special order items may not be cancelled at any time.  For all other restrictions see Return Policy below.

Return Policy

Precision Images LLC will accept return goods for exchange / credit as long as:

Goods are returned within 30 days of the original shipment

Customer has Precision Images LLC’s prior written authorization

The goods are regular catalog items – special order items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Goods are returned in like-new, re-sellable condition and properly repackaged

All accessories, certificates, and documentation must also be returned

All freight charges, customer clearance charges, duties, and other related charges associated with the return of merchandise will be paid for by the purchaser.  All freight collect return shipments will be refused by Precision Images LLC.

All returns must be received by Precision Images within a reasonable time following pre-authorization.

Failure to comply with any / all of the above guidelines may cause credit or exchange to be disallowed.

Payment Methods

All payments must be made in US dollars (USD)

1. Credit Card
   Precision Images LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments.  Purchaser must provide Precision Images LLC with the card number, card expiration date, and the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card.
    
2. Cash on Delivery (C. O. D.)
   C.O.D. may be arranged, at Precision Images LLC’s digression, when the purchaser does not have an open account or credit card.
    
3. Open Account
   Purchases wishing to establish an open credit account must provide:
   1. their bank information
   2. at least three credit references from other supplies (for similar value of credit).
   3. Shipments cannot be released until Precision Images, LLC has positive responses from references.

Product Information

Precision Images, LLC undertake to keep product information accurate and up to date but makes no warranties, expressed or implied to the accuracy of the web site data.

Warranty disclaimer

No warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than expressly set forth herein is made or authorized by Precision Images, LLC.

Precision Images, LLC disclaims any and all liability for product defect claims.

Precision Images, LLC does not:

express or imply a warranty that any product on the web site is fit for a particular purpose.

manufacture the products or provide the services offered by the manufacturers.

provide any warranty concerning the offered products and/or services other than those offered by the manufacturers.

No Warranties to Consumers

Precision Images, LLC makes no warranties to those defined as consumers in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act.

Force Majeure

Precision Images, LLC shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, service interruptions, severe weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, or any other circumstances or causes beyond the control of Precision Images, LLC in the conduct of its business.

Change of Terms

Precision Images, LLC acceptance of any order is subject to purchaser’s assent to these terms and conditions shall be presumed from purchaser’s placement of an order using the Precision Images, LLC web site order system.

Any other terms and conditions are rejected, and no additions or modifications to the terms and conditions shall be binding without Precision Images, LLC prior agreement in writing.

Copyrights and Trademarks

Purchaser acknowledges that they have no right, title or interest in the copyrights or trademarks in the products, and purchaser covenants that it will take no action to register or otherwise interfere with such rights.

Complete Agreement

The terms and conditions in Precision Images, LLC web site, including forms, acknowledgments, quotations, invoices and sales terms and conditions, are incorporated herein by reference and constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between Precision Images, LLC and purchaser.
